What happen

Sorry folks, I just gotta get back to this.
I can’t let everything go. As I said I would not get into the 11.th September issues. But there are way too many things to let it go. I’m not gonna debate the terrorist involvement of that day, in honor of all the people that have given their lives and their health on that day, and later. But I have to talk about some incidents that can all be reviewed in the news archives of CNN, FOX News, NBC and others.

Pentagon, was it hit by a plane or was it something else that hit that building? Let’s just look at a few examples that the official report can’t prove. If a plane hit that building, where’s the skid marks that has to be present after the underbody of the plane across the lawn? Where’s the structural damage after the impact of the wings? Where are the engines? On the last subject, the officials claim that the heat caused by the burning jet fuel caused the engines to evaporate. Should we believe this? No. to enlighten a lot of people, jet fuel is in fact a mixture of naphtha and paraffin. What Rolls Royce officials said after the 11.th of September, jet-b will not burn at such a high temperature that the titanium fans inside the jet turbine would evaporate. Titanium has a melting point at 1668 degrees Celsius or 3034 degrees Fahrenheit. Titanium will boil at 3287/5949 degrees C/F. The open air burning temperature of JET A-1 is 287.5/549.2 C/F. Will this cause the titanium parts to evaporate? No it will not. If you still add a possible chimney effect, you still won’t gain enough temperature. And as a group of civil engineers already made a point of. A Boeing 747 hitting Pentagon in that angle would leave impressions after the wings, and the point of impact and penetration would be bigger.

I know that FBI released some photos taken from surveillance camera overseeing the parking lot outside Pentagon that clearly shows a plane. The only problem is... It’s not a high speed cam, or a normal 25 frames/sec camera. After what I’ve found on the web, it’s a cam that shoots 10 frames/sec. And the getting 3 frames that clearly shows a mid/tail section of a 747 doing app 900KMh is pretty amazing. But I’ll leave that, for now. Just think about it for a while. And just not approve of anything the government tells you to believe. Ask the questions you need to feel secure, and through the channels you feel secure on.

And please, please stay away from the conspiracy theorist sites. And in the same time, stay away from the oldest and biggest conspiracy theory of all times. Yes, I’m talking about religion. The conspiracy theory on September the 11.th and the conspiracy theory of religion is based on the same principal. Somebody has seen or heard something they can’t explain. So, they make up a theory to explain what they just saw or heard. In the early ages, before science was a fact, nobody knew where we came from or how we got here. In Norway, we got the Norse mythology with Thor, Odin, and Valhalla. And I have to say, it sounds pretty cool. Every night you drink a lot of mjoed (a crossing between beer and vine), eat and party on. If you get killed, you’ll wake up the next morning feeling’ all right. And you can do this to the end of time. Comparing this to “heaven”. Hey, walking around in a robe, with wings on my back, singing cheerful songs to praise the lord. Not exactly my idea of fun. So therefore I’m glad that I’m an atheist, and are heading down to a party with Phil Lynnot, Jimi Hendrix, Bon Scott, Steve Ray Vaughn and many more.

42 – for ever!!!

Music pt. 1

Today, we’ll talk about music.
I spent the afternoon playing my guitar, or one of them (my precious…). The target today, was one of the most ingenious albums of all time – Roger Waters “Amused to Death”. And I have to be honest, I’ can’t totally play every tone on that album. Well a lot of it I can do, but the parts played by Jeff Beck. If you didn’t know it already, Jeff Beck is a genius. And he plays the guitar like, well Mozart composed music. Perfectly. But it’s not only for the songs itself I wanna talk about this record. The lyrics man, the lyrics. Waters has put a lot of irony and sarcasm into each song. And he kicks in every direction, from the church (What God Wants pt. 1, 2 and 3) to American health(don’t)care (It’s a miracle). The other thing is the music by itself.
This album is alongside with Marillion “Misplaced Childhood”, Pink Floyd “The Wall”, Meat Loaf “Bat Out Of Hell” one of the most perfect album ever created, in my humble opinion. It’s just brilliant and perfect. The lyrics, arrangement, production, sound and overall “feeling”
Feel free to buy it from iTunes or your local record shop.
And at the end, I feel the urge to do a little commercial. As I play the guitar, I need picks. And I found the perfect place to get my picks. If you point your browser to http://www.egopicks.com Lisa can create your personal picks for you. Great service and fast production.

As I promised.

I know that I’m running late, again.
But that’s kind of like the story of my life. But it’s still better late than never.
Today I like to talk about Mr. Bush. The only president of the USA that has been in office for two terms, but he was only elected to one. That’s pretty odd, I would say. That in the land of the free, and the home of the brave, a man can sneak his way into office like that. Bush never won the first election, Gore did. And no matter what a court says, he still didn’t win. To put it in another “term”. If you kill somebody, you did it. The only question is the degree of the killing or was it self defense. But you still took another person’s life. And here’s the deal. Bush never won, but the court told the US public that he did. This is due to the fact, of the missing recount. That ole man Bush’s friends in the Supreme Court stopped. And then, the 8 years of darkness spread across the USA. As I sit in Norway, we see a lot of news, and different angled news, that Americans don’t see. Almost all the people in the rest of the world knew what would happen when Katrina hit New Orleans. The only one stunned was the President of the USA. Even thou he received a briefing on that matter, several days in advance. The rest of the world saw George Bush bury the American economy in debt to do the war on terror. And with all the soldiers and equipment in Afghanistan, still they haven’t found Bin Laden. After all this time… I’m not getting into September 11.th. That’s a total different ballgame. To where there is no end, in my opinion. But when Bush made a hero after Desert Storm, Colin Powell, sit in the UN and lie through his teeth about weapons of mass destruction. Powell knew, Bush knew – and the rest of the world knew. There was no weapon of mass destruction in Iraq. But Bush needed a war, like his father before him had. He needed to be a hero. And he needed to shift focus from what he was doing. How many things signed by Bush can the USA be proud over? The patriot act – that by the way may prove me as a terrorist if I ever set my foot in the USA. Or if FBI/CIA read this blog.
In the last two decades, USA had two presidents they can be proud of. Ironically enough, one of them is an old actor, Ronald Reagan, and the other is Bill Clinton. What did they achieve?
Ragan did put an end to the cold war, made Gorbachev and the USA to reduce the number of long distance missiles. And in fact a lot of other things. During Clinton, USA gained a kind of social welfare. It’s still many light years behind the rest of the world, even Cuba, but still. Bush did in fact put a total end to that. When the asthma inhalators in the USA costs about 50USD, and on Cuba 75 cents. But I know. Why should a guy making millions of dollars help his fellow man? We got some of those here in Norway too. Making a shit load of money, and not paying taxes. Why should a struggling single mom have the right to the same medical treatment that Bill Gates can afford?
Naw, keep up the good work USA. And one day you’ll find yourselves as financially destroyed as the European Union one day will. I wish you the best of luck, both…

Labor Day

In honor of the workers, that we celebrate today, I’ll keep this short.
Have a nice day.
But for all that want anything to read, I'll borrow from wikipedia.org about Labor Day:
May Day occurs on May 1 and refers to several public holidays.[1] In many countries, May Day is synonymous with International Workers' Day, or Labour Day, which celebrates the social and economic achievements of the labour movement. As a day of celebration the holiday has ancient origins, and it can relate to many customs that have survived into modern times.

Medical care in the US

Well, I know I'm late. And in fact it's May 1.st today
But it’s better late than never.
Tonight I wanna bring the focus towards the medical practice in the USA.
Do Americans actually believe that a socialized medical system would destroy the medical care? That the doctors would be forced to move to a kingdom far away?
I’ll tell you a little story. If you, as an American, came to Norway on a holiday, you wouldn’t need insurance to gain medical care. In fact you can travel the whole of Europe, without any insurance. And would you receive medical care, oh yes. Would it cost you a fortune, hell no. Because it’s free. I got a daughter that has a heart condition. And I’m so glad we don’t live in the US. Her first open heart surgery was done at the age of 11 months. We spent a fortnight in two different hospitals 1500 km apart. Travelling by plane. And the price tag 0.0 NOK or USD. What would this cost in the US?? I don’t know, but I’ll bet it would be several thousands of dollars. And since it’s a condition she’s born with, we would not be able to by medical insurance for her.

A general practicing doctor in Norway has an average gross income of app 114 698.708 USD. This does NOT include overtime and other income, that’s an average app 27 916.330 USD. For a grand total gross income of app 142 615.038 USD. Not all that bad, when you consider that Mr. Bush had, I think I saw, 400 000 USD when he was in office as president.
When I saw “Sicko” by Michael Moore, I got somewhat disgusted by the way USA treats it’s sick and elderly. In Europe you almost never see an 80 year old man working to make a living, or to pay for his needed meds. We do not charge 50 USD for a small asthma inhalator. If you got asthma, you get a “blue prescription” and pay a small fee once a year for the medicine you need.
This is just for thoughts. Think about what kind of country you want to live in. And think about the fact that Hillary Clinton got gagged by the US senate, not to ever again talk about socializing the medical care in the USA. And for the app 4% of the 260 000 000 people living in the USA that got a passport so they can go on a holiday to another country. Feel free to grab a flight across the Atlantic and see for yourselves.

Fiction or just plain fantasy

Today, my wife was stopped by an elderly woman, when she was leaving the library.

The elderly woman gave my wife a pamphlet on "Who is actually ruling the world".

Well, I'm pretty sure that it's not George Bush, even thou a lot of people would agree that he might count as "evil". But we'll talk about him later.

And as I read this pamphlet, I'm not even surer on this question. But the concern in this pamphlet is that Satan is the invisible ruler of the world. They ask the question, how such an evil person got this powerful position. And that brings me back to mr. Bush. But we'll talk about him later.

I just had to read a little about the Jehovah’s on the great www. And it’s spooky, really spooky. After what I can gather, Jehovah’s Witnesses has pronounced Armageddon three times since the year 1900. In 1914, 1925 and once again in 1975. And as we talk about Armageddon, it’s was written by John of Patmos, as he sat in lock down in a cave. Bitter, diluted and certainly insane, he wrote the story of the final battle. Between good and evil. This battle was to take place on a field outside Jerusalem, where the Roman army (who by the way has obtained the role of the bad) would collide with the rebellion from Judea (that obtained the role of the good). And John is the first to introduce the number of the beast, as 666. The coincidence being that Nero’s name in Hebrew got the 6.th letters in the Hebrew alphabet, and therefore 666.
But still. Jehovah’s Witnesses states a whole lot of things, as “The truth”, but clearly don’t get it all right. And still they gain members, and holds on to the members they got. Who in their right mind can believe this? But, wait just a little second… We got the Scientologists, the Catholics and all the other shady groups of religion. And we had George Bush “performing” as president for two periods. But, we’ll get back to him later.

Well, bla, bla, bla.

After all these years of science, there’s still no physical evidence of any thing such as a god. No evidence that Jesus did anything more than what David Copperfield or Criss Angel does. The only thing that, to a certain degree, can be proven by science is that Jesus some time walked the face of the earth. The day somebody can show me a hard boiled evidence for god, I’ll scrape “42” off my shoulder, and haul my ass in to a church.

War, peace, religion and stuff pt.2

Today my thought was to write nothing. Since my day didn’t include anything special. But, I need to get back to religion – hey what a surprise.
Somewhere in the bible you’ll find the story about Noah, and his magnificent boat.
Think about this for a second, please…

A ship filled with two of every kind of animal.
Two elephants, giraffes, hippos and rhinos. Just to mention a few.
Along with these, lions, pumas, tigers, lamas and a whole lot of species.
Think about the insanely size of that ship. Put “The World” along side of it, and Noah’s ark would be a lot bigger. Think about all the lumber Noah had to use to build the ship. Imagine all the trees he had to cut to make it possible, and the man hour to do all this. You get my drift here? It’s not in any way possible to build a ship that size out of wood. And it would be even more difficult to gather all the animals. How did the lamas and all the other animals from the Americas and Australia move themselves from their habitats to the Middle East? Did the swim across the Atlantic Ocean, to land in Portugal and walk all the way to the Middle East?

And, another thing…
The bible states that it rained for 40 days and 40 nights. If you told a Viking that it would rain for 40 days and 40 nights, he would probably respond; well, the summer came, and that’s it. Why is rain for 40 days and 40 nights a bad thing? I’m from northern Norway, and I’ve seen it happen more than once. And ask someone living in Bergen what the record on rainy days is. I don’t know, but I’ll bet it’s more than 40.

The magic's gone..

In 1996 the last CD with Journey feat. Steve Perry was released.
And after this, some of the magic was gone.
During the "Steve Perry years", journey went from a middle prog-rock band to a multimillion industry. Steve Perry introduced the magic into the songwriting alongside both Jonathan Cain and Neal Schon. And as they all said, when they got together to write the 1996 album "Trail By Fire", 12 songs was produced in an enormous speed.
And it's a magical record, with parts from all the sides of Journey. From the hard rocking songs, to the all everlasting ballads.

When you think about Journey, and if you've heard Journey, you’ll think about; Open Arms, Faithfully, Separate Ways (Worlds Apart), Be Good To Yourself. And who can forget these songs? Who can forget the sound and the soul of Steve Perry’s voice? The singing guitar of Neal Schon. Who can forget the magic?

Now, even though Arnel got a great voice, it's not Steve Perry. It's not "The Voice". It's not the magic. Sadly.

As a long time Journey fan, I only wish that someday, someway, Cain, Schon and Perry will get back together. And bring the magic back.

War, peace, religion and stuff pt.1

We live in 2009.
Its app 65.000.000 years since the dines plummet to the earth, and got laid to their rest.
We are now digging up bones after the dines.
But still the church wants have us believe the good ole bible.
This amuses me a bit, when the timeline in the bible states that the earth is between 5 - 10.000 years old.

Hey folks...
The last ice age ended app 10.000 years ago.
Now the Christians will say; you can't take that literary.
But the Christians take the lines that make their belief "right" literary...
God created the earth, moon, sun and everything in 6 days, and rested the 7.th day...
The first one on this planet was Adam, the rapidly followed by Eve...
The a whole lot of stuff happen, and we fast forward to Noah. Who lived to be 12xx years old?
Had a son at the age of 600, give or take a few years.
And you want us to believe this? Give me a break.
Douglas Adams gives a better explanation: 42. The answer to the definitive question of the meaning of life, universe and everything.

Here I am

Well.
This is a new thing for me.
Posting what I think about, and the thoughts I got on different matters.
Do I need a blog? Well a lot of people would say no.
Due to the fact that I post a lot of my stuff on Facebook already
